How to Make Homemade Dulce De Leche

I make my dulce de Leche in my instant pot! It is so easy to do and affordable. It gives you that rich and creamy caramel flavor in every bite.

If you want you can swap with a caramel sauce. It will lighten up the flavor a bit but still be just as delicious.
What to Use For Dippers

Apple slices
Graham crackers

Honestly, you can dip any and all your favorites in this cream cheese fruit dip.
How to Store Dip

If you have leftover dip, congrats! This gets gobbled up fast in our home. Simply cover and store in the fridge.

You will find due to the cream cheese it will thicken up a bit in the fridge. You can always remove a little early then give it time to soften a bit before serving you guests.
Can I Double This Fruit Dip

What is really nice about this cream cheese fluff dip is you can make ahead of time, and double the recipe.

What is the difference between Carmel sauce and dulce de Leche

You will find the flavors between the two are similar. Dulce is a lot thicker and more bold flavor compared to a classic caramel sauce.

You are more then welcome to use either in the recipe. I personally just prefer the Leche. It has a lot richer caramel flavor.
