Sheet pan pork chops with multi colored potatoes & red onion !

Ingredients :
Pieces and potatoes:
° 800 g / 1.6 lb potatoes
° 200g/7oz Red Onion
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° Half a teaspoon of paprika powder
° ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
° Sea salt and pepper
° four red meat chops, 200g/7oz and approximately 1.3cm/1inch thick
rub:
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° four garlic cloves
° 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
° Half a teaspoon of floor cumin
° 1 tsp cayenne pepper, greater Half a teaspoon of paprika powder
° lime, juice and a few gratings of zest (see note)
° 1 teaspoon salt
° Half a teaspoon of floor pepper
* instructions :
If you decide to season the red meat pie, first make the seasoning and grind the red meat pie. Store withinside the fridge for up to eight hours. Take it out of the refrigerator half-hour earlier than cooking.
Potatoes and onions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
Clean and peel the potatoes as desired. Put it on a baking tray. Cut the peeled pink onions into slices and positioned them at the tray as properly.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, rosemary and a few salt and pepper over the vegetables. Rub properly together along with your arms to coat with the spice and oil mixture. Arrange them at the tray in a single layer.
Bake for 15 to twenty mins or till cooked through.
Pork chops:
Meanwhile, integrate olive oil, grated garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika, lemon peel and juice, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the red meat chops.    You can try this together along with your arms in a shallow casserole dish or positioned the slices and rub in a freezer bag, sealing properly and rubbing in order that the red meat chops are flippantly coated.
