You will need :
° 2 to 3 kilos of lean ground beef.

° 2 sliced onions.
° three cups of pork broth.
° 2 teaspoons garlic salt.
° 2 teaspoons black pepper.
° 1 dry Italian dressing blend .
° 1 to two large loaves of French bread reduce into sandwich lengths.
° Provolone cheese slices.
Cut the fish fillets into thin slices with a multi-function pot spray, add green pepper, onion, broth, garlic, salt, pepper and spice mixture.Cover the lid and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours or high temperature for 3 to 4 hours.
Fill sandwiches with baguettes or toast if you want and cowl with cheese.
Bake in a baking sheet for a few minutes to soften the cheese and serve with sautéed mushrooms on top in case you wish.
