Ingredients
Serves- 4
Cook time- 4-6 hours
2 pounds boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup salted butter, sliced
Instructions
- In the bottom of your slow cooker place your pork chops.
- Pour the Worcheshire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic salt and pepper over the porkchops.
Top with the sliced onions.
- Place the slices of butter all over the top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
