Ingredients

Serves- 4
Cook time- 4-6 hours

2 pounds boneless pork chops

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup salted butter, sliced

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of your slow cooker place your pork chops.
  2. Pour the Worcheshire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic salt and pepper over the porkchops.

    Top with the sliced onions.

  3. Place the slices of butter all over the top.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
  6. ENJOY!
