Delicious smoked London broil.
1 piece (3 To 5 Lb. Size) Thick Cut Top Round Steak
FOR THE RUB:
¼ cups Ground Black Pepper
¼ cups Salt
¼ cups Paprika
¼ cups Onion Powder
Preheat smoker at 225ºF and add your favorite wood chips.
Combine and mix rub ingredients. Season meat with the spice rub and let it rest for 1 hour.
Place meat in the smoker and cook for about 2 hours or when internal temperature reaches between 125ºF to 145ºF.
When done, cover meat with foil and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
