* Ingredients & Methods
Take 12 ounces (1 1/2 block) of cream cheese in ROOM TEMP and blend until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
Adding 2 cups of powder sugar and mix. Add 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
+ Strawberry syrup :
Mash about 10 medium-sized strawberries.
Add half a cup of sugar. Boil on the stove for 10 minutes.
Take 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix it with 1 tablespoon of cold water. Add to boiled strawberries. Cool before use.
Whipped cream recipe:
1 cup heavy whipping cream for every 1 tablespoon of pudding mixture.
Add powdered sugar to the level of sweetness you want.
I made 5 cups of heavy whipping cream and 5 tablespoons of the pudding mixture with 2 cups of powdered sugar.
