You will need the components below:
° cooking spray
° 21 g of  flour.
° 2 cups of granulated sugar.
° One teaspoon of baking soda.
° 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
° 1/4 teaspoon salt.
° 3/4 cup of water.
° A stick of ghee.
° 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa.
° 1/2 cup of low-fat milk.
° A spoonful of vanilla extract.
° 2 large eggs.
° I used a stick of ghee.
° 1/3 cup skim milk.
° 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa.
°  3 cups of powdered sugar.
° 1/4 cup toasted chopped pecans.
° 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
* Instructions :
• Step 1. The oven temperature can be adjusted, as usual, to 375°C.
• Step 2: Make sure to coat a 15.10 inch jelly roll pan and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of flour, then set aside for later use.
• Step 3. Put 1 teaspoon of the flour into dry mixing cups, then flatten them with a knife. Choose a large bowl and mix together 2 cups of flour and the next 4 ingredients, mixing well with a fork and 2 cups of flour and salt.
• Step 4. Next, add the curd and a spoonful of vanilla extract and beat the eggs well.
• Step 5. Spread the mixture into the prepared dish, and bake at 375 degrees until completely cooked through, about 15 minutes. Place it on a wire rack.
• Step 6. You can prepare the decorating cream in a medium saucepan at this stage by mixing the ghee, milk and 1/4 cup of cocoa, then bring it to a boil while continuing to stir.
• Step 7. Immediately remove from heat and add powdered sugar, pecans, and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
• Eighth step: Spread the hot cake on the hot cake until it is finished and then cool completely on the wire rack.
