White Chocolate Caramel Fudge


3 c white chocolate chip

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

4 tablespoons butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 c pecans

1/2 c caramel sauce

Methods :

Mixing chocolate chips, milk and butter in sized glass bowl and heat in microwave for 90 sec.

Stir the mixture and heat again for 15 seconds.

Stirring & heat an add 15 seconds, if just necessary.

There will still be a some pieces of un-melted chocolate in bowl.

Stirring until smooth, with pieces of un-melted chocolate.

Add the extract and pecans and stir until combined.

Pour into a tray lined with parchment paper.

Spread with a spoon about 1 inch thick.

Sprinkle with caramel sauce.

Gently stir the caramel into the fudge with a knife or the end of a spoon.

Relax until you are ready to serve.

Cut them into 1-inch squares and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
