Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs About 2 cups crushed, makes a sturdy crust.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted, binds the crumbs.
Filling
  • 1 can Apple pie filling 21 oz can, spreadable and sweet.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy spreading.
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sugar Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Mixed into the cream cheese.
Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped cream Or a tub of store-bought topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the graham crackers until fine crumbs form and mix with the melted butter until the texture holds when pressed.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Spread the apple pie filling evenly over the crust.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and cinnamon until smooth and fluffy, then spread this mixture over the apple layer.
  5. Top with whipped cream, spreading gently to cover the surface.
  6. Chill for at least 2–4 hours before serving to allow layers to set.
  7. Slice into squares and enjoy chilled.

Notes

For best results, soften the cream cheese ahead of time, and chill covered to prevent whipped cream from absorbing fridge odors. Feel free to customize the recipe with variations like caramel sauce or lower sugar alternatives.
