Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the green beans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Notes

For a twist, try adding slivered almonds or grated Parmesan cheese. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to prevent steaming.
