Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine grated raw potatoes with mashed potatoes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the potato mixture.
  4. Stir in the milk and egg until you have a smooth batter.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat.
  2. Pour ladles of the batter onto the skillet, forming pancakes.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve warm with butter or your choice of toppings.
