Breakfast pork sausage
Mild or spicy, as preferred.

Bacon
Diced into small pieces.

Sharp preferred.

Season eggs and sprinkle on top.
Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
In a skillet, brown the sausage and bacon over medium heat until sausage is crumbly and bacon is crisp.
Drain most of the fat, leaving a little for flavor.
In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, cooked meats, whisked eggs, and a good pinch each of salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
Baking
Bake for about 45 minutes until the center is set and cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Prep the casserole the night before for a quick baking in the morning. Let sit for 5-10 minutes for easier slicing.
