Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces lobster tails Fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to garnish Fresh parsley

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your broiler.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and lemon juice, and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle and gently pulling the meat up and out of the shell.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, ensuring it's well-coated. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Broil the lobster tails for about 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the butter rest on the stove for a minute after you remove it from heat for better garlic infusion. Finish with a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
