Cooking Pasta and Chicken
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce, adding a little pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Save a half cup of the pasta water before draining to help loosen up the sauce without adding more cream.
