  • 1 lb linguine pasta
Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts (sliced thin)
Dairy
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Add the sliced chicken breasts to the skillet and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7–10 minutes.
Making the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a separate saucepan, combine the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked linguine and chicken to the saucepan with the Alfredo sauce.
  2. Toss to combine everything.

  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
