Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Assembly
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the seafood mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of Alfredo sauce.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, Alfredo sauce, and the remaining mozzarella on top.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This dish is budget-friendly and can be made healthier by using lighter ingredients. It can also be frozen for later use.
