- Fold in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, stirring briefly.
- Transfer the dip to a baking dish or casserole, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge before baking. Avoid over-baking to keep the cheese creamy and delicious.
