For the Dip
  • 1 cup cream cheese, at room temperature Make sure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Opt for low-fat if desired.
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained Ensure excess moisture is removed.
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped and drained Fresh artichokes can be used if preferred.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Mixing cheeses can enhance flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated gives the best result.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder You can adjust for more garlic flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is preferable.
  • to taste red pepper flakes Optional for heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Fold in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, stirring briefly.
  5. Transfer the dip to a baking dish or casserole, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge before baking. Avoid over-baking to keep the cheese creamy and delicious.
