Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans generously and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
  • In a big bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until you have a gloriously lumpy batter.

Baking

Assembly

Chill
