Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or poached)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot), more or less to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Sliced green onions or chopped parsley for top
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little salt and pepper.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  5. Put the mix into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar and the blue cheese on top if you use it.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
  2. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then top with green onions or parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm in the baking dish or transfer to a slow cooker on low to keep it warm. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
