Ingredients

Steak and Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 lb steak (e.g., sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces Make sure your steak is at room temperature for even cooking.
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Finely chop the garlic for maximum flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your liking!
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (for garnish) For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat until it’s sizzling.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, searing on all sides until browned and cooked to your desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes). Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds) - watch closely to avoid burning.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer, stirring continuously.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens (about 2-3 minutes).
  6. Add the steak bites back to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For perfectly tender steak bites, avoid overcrowding the skillet. Cook in batches if needed. You can marinate the steak in garlic and herbs for extra flavor.
