Instructions

Preparation

Grilling

  • Heat your grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • Grill steak strips for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  • Add sausage slices and onion rings to the grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes, turning gently for even charring.
