This easy Grinch Drink is a bright green punch made with lime sherbet, Hawaiian punch, pineapple juice, and fizzy lemon-lime soda. Perfect for holiday parties!

Ingredients
  

For the punch
  • 2 quarts Hawaiian punch Provides the sweet fruit base.
  • 2 cups pineapple juice Adds tropical brightness and balances the sweetness.
For the sherbet and soda
  • 1 quart lime sherbet The star that makes it green and creamy.
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda For sparkle and lift.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large punch bowl, pour in the Hawaiian punch and pineapple juice.
  2. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the lime sherbet into neat little mounds over the surface.
  3. Right before serving, slowly pour the fizzy lemon-lime soda over the sherbet and punch.
  4. Stir gently once or twice with a ladle to distribute some of the sherbet without flattening all the bubbles.
  5. Serve immediately in cups or stemware with a scoop of sherbet and a little fizz on top.

Notes

Keep the sherbet chilled until the last possible second to hold its shape. Chill your punch bowl or pitcher ahead of time for longer-lasting foam. Offer a small pitcher of rum or vodka on the side for guests who like boozy drinks.
