Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Let the frozen chicken tenders sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
- Spread the mashed potatoes in the bottom of your casserole dish.
- Layer on the corn evenly across the mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the corn.
- Carefully slice the chicken strips and place them on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes if using frozen chicken tenders, or 15 minutes for homemade.
- While that’s baking, whip up your brown gravy on the stovetop.
- Once it’s done, drizzle with your desired amount of gravy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Warm mashed potatoes beforehand. Let the chicken rest for a minute before slicing. You can add more veggies like peas or broccoli.
