  • 8 oz beef sirloin, sliced Use lean beef for a healthier option.
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) Feel free to switch up the veggies based on what you have.
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles) Choose your favorite type of noodle.
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce Add more for stronger flavor.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Can substitute with other cooking oil.
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced Fresh ginger adds aromatic flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Add according to preference.
  • for garnish Green onions, sliced Adds freshness and color to the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the assorted vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 4-5 minutes until they’re tender-crisp.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the beef and vegetables and stir to combine.
  7. Toss in the cooked noodles and mix everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve with sliced green onions on top.

Notes

To enhance flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or sprinkle sesame seeds before serving. Avoid overcrowding the pan for maximum crispness in veggies. Store prepped ingredients in the fridge the night before for quicker cooking.
