  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Aim for uniform sizes to ensure even cooking.
  2. Place the potatoes in the slow cooker. Make sure to arrange them evenly.
  3. Add the bottled Italian dressing and garlic and onion over the potatoes. Feel free to adjust the quantities to suit your taste!
  4. Stir to combine. This is where the magic begins; coat those potatoes well!
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender. Look for them to be fork-tender and soaked in delicious dressing.
