  • 200 g steak, thinly sliced (try flank or sirloin) Make sure your steak is at room temperature for even cooking.
  • 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sauces and Aromatics
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Keep garlic finely chopped for better flavor infusion.
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (color of your choice)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
Cooking Essentials
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is opaque.
  3. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well and cook until everything is heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
