Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and onion over medium heat until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Optional: a splash of milk or chicken broth if you want a thinner sauce. Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience, but block cheese melts better. Potatoes can be swapped for sweet potatoes or canned diced potatoes for speed.
