Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey Room temperature is fine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped Finely chopped for even cooking
  • 2 cups diced potatoes About 1/2-inch pieces (par-cooked optional)
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed Fresh or thawed frozen
  • 1 cup corn Fresh, canned, or frozen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10–11 oz (see variations for homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your favorite melty cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and onion over medium heat until the turkey is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional: a splash of milk or chicken broth if you want a thinner sauce. Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience, but block cheese melts better. Potatoes can be swapped for sweet potatoes or canned diced potatoes for speed.
