Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved Choose bright red, fragrant berries for the juiciest flavor.
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed Seedless is easier, and perfectly ripe watermelon is key for that refreshing crunch.
  • 1 cup mango, diced Ripe mangos are slightly soft when you press them.
  • 1 cup blueberries Plump, glossy, and sweet (organic if you can!).
  • 1 cup green grapes Go for firm, seedless grapes for the best crisp bite.
  • 2 pieces kiwis, peeled and sliced These add a tart zing and beautiful color contrast.
  • 1 piece orange, peeled and segmented Navel or Cara Cara oranges are excellent—they're juicy and easy to prep.

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped Don't skip this! Mint lifts all the flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon juice of lime For tangy freshness.
  • 1 piece juice of orange Adds a juicy, sweet base to the drizzle.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Natural sweetness with a floral hint.
  • ½ lime zest of lime Adds aroma and a punch of citrus.
  • 1 pinch salt Just a touch makes all the fruit flavors pop.

Instructions

Make the Citrus Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, honey, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.

Prep the Fruit

  • Wash all the fruit thoroughly.
  • Cube the watermelon, halve the strawberries, chop the mango and kiwis, segment the orange, and halve the grapes.

Combine Everything

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently toss your prepared fruit together.

Dress It Up

  • Drizzle the citrus-honey dressing over the fruit. Give it one or two gentle tosses so everything gets beautifully coated.

Add the Finishing Touch

  • Sprinkle chopped fresh mint over the top. You can serve right away or chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.

Enjoy Immediately

  • Serve the salad chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Use super-ripe fruit for best flavor. Chill for 30 minutes to enhance freshness. Add mint just before serving to maintain vibrance.
