Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry rolled and cut into 9 squares. You can make it homemade or purchase at the market
1 8oz block cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk ( save the white)
1 tsp lemon juice
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsps milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
Mix all 3 ingredients until smooth
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients until smooth do not add the egg white that is used later.
Put the cut puff pastry squares on a cookie sheet and prick holes in the middles only. Beat the egg white and add 1 tsp of water beat again. Brush each square with egg wash. Add cheese mixture to the middles make a small well in some and add raspberry preserves. Bake in an oven that’s been preheated to 400° until golden. Let cool a bit and add glaze…
