Fried Chicken
Here’s a simple classic American fried chicken recipe—crispy outside, juicy inside.

- 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1–2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
🔥 Instructions

- Adjust salt and spice to taste
3. Coat chicken
- Remove chicken from buttermilk
- Dredge each piece in seasoned flour
- Press coating firmly for extra crunch
4. Fry
- Heat oil to 175°C (350°F)
- Fry chicken in batches (don’t overcrowd)
- Cook 12–18 minutes, turning occasionally
