Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar (can reduce to 1/2 cup if desired)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Butter and Mashed Bananas:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Add Baking Soda and Salt:
- Mix in the baking soda and salt to the banana mixture.
- Mix in the Sugar, Egg, and Vanilla:
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the Flour:
- Gradually add the flour into the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour into Pan and Bake:
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve:
