Ingredients

2 eggs

2 (25 oz.) jars of pasta sauce

15 ounces tomato sauce

15 ounces of ricotta cheese

1 lb UNCOOKED penne pasta

2 c. of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

⅓ c. freshly chopped basil

How to make Crock Pot Baked Ziti

Step 1: In a bowl, place the ricotta, eggs, and basil. Mix well.

Step 2: Whisk both jars of the tomato sauce and pasta sauce in a large bowl.

Step 3: Set aside the Parmesan cheese after grating it.

Step 4: Ready a 6-quart slow cooker and grease the inside.

Step 5: To the bottom of the slow cooker, pour in 2 ⅓ c. of the pasta sauce. Add ⅓ of the uncooked penne. On top, dot half of the ricotta mixture and evenly spread.

Step 6: Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese on top.

Step 7: Pour in another 2 ⅓ cups of sauce mixture and top with the rest of the ⅓ of the uncooked penne.
