Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

salt & pepper, to taste

1-1 1/2 cups favorite bbq sauce

celery, carrots, blue cheese or ranch dressing for serving

Instructions:

Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper. Put them in the crock pot and toss with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, until well coated. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until thoroughly cooked through.

Remove chicken wings from the slow cooker and baste generously with remaining barbecue sauce. Broil wings for a few minutes to crisp up the skin. Serve.
