°6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
°1 c flour
° 1/2 tsp of salt
° 1 tbsp seasoned salt
° 3/4 teaspoon of pepper
° 2 teaspoons of paprika
° 1/2 stick butter (or 1/4 c)
° 1 gallon Ziploc bag (optional)

*Methods :

Placing thawed chicken strips in bowl buttermilk, cover also let soak for 20-30 mn in refrigerator.
Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
Combine and mix flour, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, and paprika thoroughly in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag or bowl.
Cutting 1/2 stick of butter to a few pieces and placing in a 9 * 13 inch pan. Melting butter in preheated oven.
Spreading melt butter all around bottom of pan. Spraying pan lightly with cook spray, , to making sure there are no dried spots.
Shake excess buttermilk from chicken and totally coat every piece in flour mixture. Shake bag until coated or dip each piece in bowl until coated.
Placing every piece chicken in preheated skillet. Baking for 20 mn. Flip every piece chicken & continue cook for other 20 mn
