Ingredients
2-3 lbs stew meat
(1) 16 ounces frozen green beans
2-3 whole carrots (peeled and sliced)
3 russet potatoes peeled and diced
1/2 onion (chopped)
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
(1) 14 ounces can of crushed tomatoes
2 c water
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
How to make Quick and Easy Crockpot Beef Stew
Step 1: On the bottom of a 6-quart crockpot, place the stew meat and potatoes.
Step 2: On top, add the green beans, onions, and carrots.
Step 3: Over the veggies, pour the crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and the water, then season with a generous amount of salt and pepper.
Step 4: Cover the slow cooker. Set on low and cook for 8 hours or 4 hours on high.
Step 5: Let the Beef Stew sit for several minutes.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
