Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese room temp
- 1/2 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce Sauce or your favorite wing sauce
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups Cooked rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 IP Trivet

Instructions

Using a medium bowl add cream cheese, hot sauce, sour cream, and garlic.

Mix until well blended.

Stir in the rotisserie chicken.

Add 1/2 cup cheese, stirring until everything is well blended.

Spoon into a Instant Pot baking dish. Top with the rest of the cheese and cover with foil.

Place a trivet at the bottom of your Instant Pot and add your water to the bottom of the Instant Pot.

Place the buffalo chicken dip baking dish on top of your trivet in your Instant Pot.

Set to manual for 7 minutes. Natural release.

Garnish with Louisiana Hot Sauce, and green onions. ENJOY!
