INGREDIENTS
▢3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
▢2 10.5-oz cans cream of chicken soup
▢½ cup chicken broth
▢1 tsp. pepper
▢½ tsp. dried thyme
▢1.5 cups sliced mushrooms
▢½ onion diced
▢Add at the end
▢1 cup sour cream
▢2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
▢1 lb. penne pasta cooked
INSTRUCTIONS
Place chicken, chicken soup, broth, pepper, thume, mushrooms and onions in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred the chicken.
Stir in the sour cream, cooked penne and half the cheddar cheese.
Stir until melted.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese and cover until melted.
Serve.
