Ingredients

  • 18 Rhode’s Rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese *shredded
  • 4 garlic cloves *minced
  • 4 oz jalapenos *canned, drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning

Instructions

    • Place frozen rolls into pan and allow to thaw for about 30 minutes.
    • Quarter each roll and place all the pieces into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add in the cheese, garlic, jalapenos, olive oil, salt, and taco seasoning.
  • Spray a 9×13 (oven safe) pan with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly on bottom.
  • Spray a piece of til foil with cooking spray and place coated side down on top of pan to seal.
  • Allow rolls to rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat smoker to 350 degrees and place pan on grates for about 40 minutes.
  • Remove foil and allow to cook an additional 5 minutes before serving!
