INGREDIENTS:
1 lb of Ground Beef
1 (30g) package of taco seasoning
1 can (300ml) of diced tomatoes or green chiles, undrained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (225g) bottle of Ranch dressing
5 frozen phyllo tart shells
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350oF
Place ground beef in a skillet and cook until it is no pinker. Drain excess fat.
Mix in taco seasoning. Add diced tomatoes and green chilies. Stir, and let cook for 5 minutes. Take off the heat.
Combine Ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and taco beef.
