INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 small white onion, minced
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
12 pack slider buns
1/3 cup dill pickle slices
6 slices American cheese
FOR THE BUTTER SAUCE:
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F
Place the onion and ground beef in a large skillet. Brown the meat on medium heat.
If necessary, drain the grease and then add water, brown sugars, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon cube. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid evaporates.
Put the bottoms of the buns into a baking dish and cover with the beef mixture. Add pickles, cheese slices and topping with buns.
Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Brush over the buns.
Bake for 25 minutes covered with foil. Enjoy!
