You have to try this cream cheese, sausage dip asap! This is a hit during parties, and there is never any left! This dip is made with just three ingredients – cream cheese, diced tomatoes and green chilies, and sausage. And this is ready in less than thirty minutes!
Before making this recipe, I admit that I have doubts. First, because of the ingredients. I mean, just three ingredients? I was not sure how the flavor will be. But after the first try, I am now officially obsessed! This dip is crazy delicious!
The tomatoes and sausage mixed with cream cheese is undeniably a great combination! The cream cheese flavor is not overpowering. It’s perfect, and the cream cheese gives way for the tomatoes and sausage to shine! I love to serve this dip with tortilla chips. But this dip is also excellent if you need something easy and quick for a party. Everybody loves this dip. It’s always a huge hit!
This dip has become my personal favorite. My husband even loves this dip for breakfast with eggs. This is even great with celery sticks. I already tried to use a can of diced tomatoes and a can of diced green chiles in place of Rotel, and it was a blast!
