INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp butter
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened and cubed
⅓ c. milk
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 (18-ounce) bag of frozen corn, thawed
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
How to make Cream Cheese Corn Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Ready a 2-quart baking dish. Grease and set aside.
Step 2: Melt the cream cheese and butter in a medium pot over low heat. Once melted, whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth. Next, add the salt, pepper, corn, and cayenne pepper.
Step 3: Into the prepared baking dish, pour the mixture and place the cheese on top.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve the cream cheese corn casserole immediately. Enjoy!
