CREAMY PEA SALAD

CREAMY PEA SALAD
Takes about 10 minutes to make!

2 packages (16 oz. each) frozen peas, just rinse and drain well
1/2-1 cup Cheddar cheese, diced or shredded
1/2-1 cup Mozzarella, diced or shredded
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup Miracle Whip or mayo
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

Just stir all together and refrigerate until serving! In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill till dinner time!

hard-boiled eggs
peppers, spicy or mild
diced celery or water chestnuts
shredded cheese instead of diced
diced ham
green onion or Vidalia onion
